The group is open to anyone who lives in NC who has lost a loved one to murder\, including state execution\, or has a loved one sentenced to death. People who live out of state who have loved ones who were killed or are sentenced to death in NC are also welcome. The goal of the group is to provide an opportunity and support for those who wish to use their voices of experience to end the death penalty. SUMMARY:NCCADP Family Survivor Engagement Group
DESCRIPTION:The NCCADP Family Survivor Engagement Group meets the first Wednesday of the month\, 7-8 pm. The group is open to anyone who lives in NC who has lost a loved one to murder\, including state execution\, or has a loved one sentenced to death. People who live out of state who have loved ones who were killed or are sentenced to death in NC are also welcome. The goal of the group is to provide an opportunity and support for those who wish to use their voices of experience to end the death penalty. The group strives to be a supportive community\, but it is not a support group. \nPlease email Noel at noel@nccadp.org for the Zoom link and with any questions.
