Vigil at Central Prison for World Day Against the Death Penalty

Our newest Coalition partner, Catholics for Abolition in North Carolina, will join others at the gates of Central Prison on Monday, October 10th, 5-6 p.m., as they mark the 20th World Day Against the Death Penalty. Abolitionists have kept vigil outside the prison every Monday for decades, and you are invited to join them on this date when people will be celebrating the gains made and the challenges that remain for the world-wide movement against the death penalty.
